He also specializes in selling investment properties for his affluent clientele, such as income producing condos and townhomes. Last but certainly not least is his knack for selling land, that in one case study was on the market for years, and he was able to sell in a seven-figure sum, in less than a few months. Mr. Pedone, has worked with celebrities, sports stars, and Olympians as well as CEO's and CFO's from billion dollar companies ranging from healthcare to the entertainment industry.

Additionally he has been working with affluent clientele for over ten years in varying fields of marketing, banking and finance. Some of his experience before Engel and Volkers include working for Swedish Internet marketing firm Getupdated that included clients such as Dupont Registry who is known for their luxury car brand, and luxury homes. In banking, ​Mr. Pedone​ has worked with both commercial and residential mortgages and was the top ranking Business Officer for Flagship Community Bank based in Clearwater, Florida. Some of his past experience in banking include assisting affluent clientele with investments, banking, trusts, and lines of credit, and loans. ​He​ also co-owns a multi-award winning photography studio with his wife that has assisted with marketing luxury homes through photography and videography, an invaluable asset. With this unique ability, ​Mr. Pedone​ is able to ensure any home he ​represents​ looks its best when ​presented​ ​to​ buyers.
